To get started using the Quickbooks Online Pro Sync:
- Navigate to Omni
- Select Apps
- Select Quickbooks Online Sync
- Select Open
- Select Enable Sync Pro
- Select Confirm
*If you would like to sync only your invoices and payments originating in Omni to your Quickbooks Online account, select the checkbox that says “Only sync invoices/payments originating from Omni.”
- If you have not logged in already, you will be prompted to log in to QuickBooks Online
- Select Connect
You are all set!
All customers, invoices, payments, and catalog items will now sync between Omni and QuickBooks Online. When the sync is being performed, you do not need to stay on the page, you can navigate to any other page in your browser if needed and the sync will continue until finished.
