If you need to order more paper for your credit card terminal, submit a ticket with our support team and we will do the rest!
To submit a ticket:
- Navigate to Omni
- Select Apps from the sidebar
- Select Supplies
- Select Order
- A chat will open with a member of our support team with the message already started “I would like to order the following supplies”
- Confirm your order by adding terminal paper to the chat message and select the arrow to send
You can also include the amount of paper that you would like to order as we have 2 options:
- 50 rolls for $30
- 100 rolls for $50
A support team member will respond with confirmation of your order and you will receive your paper in 3-5 business days.
