A queued payment status is a status that you might encounter in your Omni account if we receive an uncommon response from the processor. A queued payment is usually successful on the backend, but appears in your payments list as “queued.”
A common question about queued payments is if the payment itself was successfully processed. If you see a payment is labeled as “queued” in your payments list, the best option is for you to verify the payment with Fattmerchant support. You do not need to charge your customer again. A member of our support team can verify the payment for you and if it does need to be charged again, they will walk you through the best process for doing so.
