When a Sale is Listed as ‘Draft’
Drafts in the Virtual Terminal are Sales that have not been completed so they have not been processed. In order to complete the Sale, click into the Sale labeled as ‘Draft’ and complete the transaction fully. Most often, the Sale is not completed under the ‘Review’ stage, so you will want to make sure to select the blue Charge button at the bottom.
*Before processing a ‘Draft’ Sale, verify that the Sale was not previously duplicated and completed. You can verify by searching through the Payments tab by Customer name, amount, or last 4 of card number if available.
