When creating a new transaction, you have the option to add a payment due date. In the Sales tab of your account, you can sort your sales by due date, and any payments that are overdue will be noted - making it simple for you to easily see when a payment is past due and reach out to your customer for payment. As a reminder, you can always enable payment reminders to help automate email reminders that go out to your customers for unpaid invoices!
Get started with payment due dates:
- Select “New Payment”
- Use the date picker to select the due date of your payment
- Continue with your transaction and send to your customer
- To view overdue and sales by due date, select “Sales” from the sidebar
- Use the Sort function to select “Due Date” - any overdue payments will be noted in red, and upcoming due dates will be shown as a part of the line item.
