Use the following process to set up automated payment reminders for invoices sent through your virtual terminal, Fattmerchant Payments Online.
1. Select SETTINGS from the sidebar, and navigate to the tab called NOTIFICATIONS.
2. At the bottom of the screen, there is a section called INVOICE REMINDERS.
3. From here, you can use the checkbox to select REMINDERS ENABLED. You can then set up reminders to automatically send to your customer after a certain number of days, if they do not pay their invoice right away. You also have the option to set up a reminder count to send them a certain number of reminders until paid.
4. Once you set up and save your reminders, you're all set! Reminders will be sent automatically to your customers for unpaid invoices, saving you valuable time in your day!
